Todays new competition is courtesy of Derrener who I can only assume is a big fan of Nick Grimshaw's tv programme "Sweat the small stuff" because that is also what he has named his competition. Similar in theme too! Post in the thread something that is really getting to you this week, working you up, irritating you and making you sweat.
