How do you find out about new series or movies?

Do you find it via trailers (if so, where? itunes? tv? cinema?)

Do you find it through friends?

for tv series usually it's trailers posted on here or linked by other people who know what I like and recommend stuff to me. I don't really watch movies like... at all... anymore, but when I did it would be from the trailers in cinemas that got me a bit hyped for them. I remember game of thrones being mentioned a hell of a lot on the LIVING channel where I'd watch things like charmed, csi, criminal minds, but it was advertised for sky atlantic channel and I never really thought much of it. when the following really picked up during the end of s1/beginning of s2 I watched it online and caught right up.

i dont watch that much i dont think usually just shows i hear about so much til i give in and check it out

i rarely start news shows especially big US ones i want to this summer tho

thms; tells me to watch new stuff, I watch things that interest me on iplayer, Netflix etc, I love period dramas so usually check what new shows are coming for those, read lists of pilots. Films is usually just from trailers.

the internet & my friends

me and my friends all watch generally really good tv shows so if we find one up to par we'll tell each other to watch it

through trailers either on tv or youtube. browsing through netflix. sometimes my friends suggest me tv shows. but most of all when i find an actor/actresses i like i tend to look to see what other shows they've been in tbh.

i am really good at finding new stuff, I find out by like the casts twitters or if something new is uploaded onto the site i use I'll look into it them and then watch, sometimes @Red (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=81989); forces me to watch stuff (*REMOVED* period dramas -.-)

when I'm really bored and I've finished watching all the latest episodes to all of the series I've been watching I just pick a "most popular" series or one recommended by friends/people on here.

I tend to find the tv series I watch by accident. I'll somehow just see an article about the show and go from there.

Trailers in cinema. I liked a lot of movie review/critic pages on Facebook so if i see something i'm interested i'll just go watch it, but usually i just google for any new decent movies or tv shows. I also watch some movie trailers and tv promos sometimes
