Any good free/cheap forum software besides mybb?

im done fooling with mybb its to hard a setup plus its not even that good of a forum software as many of mybb forums ive joined.

So does know any free/cheap good (and easy setup) forum softwares? i already have a domain ready (my future fansite) so it would be great is someone told me some.


Also would be appreciated if someone could tell me where to get a skin for that specific forum. thanks

If you can't set up myBB good lucking launching a website.

phpBB, Simple Machines.

InvisionFree would be better for you if you can't set up myBB.

Vanilla Forums is pretty excellent, but if you can't even install MyBB the odds of you being able to install that are pretty low.

Have another go at installing MyBB. Delete your MySQL database, delete the files you've put on your server, actually read the documentation this time, and try again. You can do it.
