I am planning to open morehabbo.net v1 in about a month or two. Here is the jobs open that we will probably/will need:

Site Manager (NOT OWNER) - 1 position open, has control over every other position except for owners, Basically would be have as much power as the owner except for access to the hosting account.

Tech Manager - 1 position open, Would basically help-out with all the technology stuff incase the owners have any trouble setting it up (e.g if the owners had trouble setting up the radio/events panel, the tech manager would save the day!), Has control over every job except for site manager and owners.

Forum Moderators - 3 Positions open, Keeping the forum safe and clean from trouble-makers.

Radio Manager, 2 Positions open, Can host giveaways, Managing and hiring/firing other head/regular djs, setting the rules for the ones they have recruited, has control over head djs and regular djs.

Head Dj, 2-5 Positions open, Can host giveaways, Can help out other djs and has the right to double dj (A head dj can double dj with a regular dj aslong as it is a head dj's slot),

Regular dj - Many positions open, radio dj

Events Manager - 2 positions open, Managing and hiring/firing regular events hosts, setting the rules for the ones they have recruited, has control over regular events host

Regular Events host - Many positions open, events host

Graphics designer- 3 positions open, Can design images and the tech manager,site manager, and owners will approve the images made and will put on the site if images have passed judging.

Nobody (whom you'd want to have on your staff) will apply for any of these roles. Why would they? There's already a handful of better Habbo fansites they could work for. You're on one.

What advantages would potential staff members gain if they worked with you?

More importantly than that, what advantages does your entire site offer that Habbox or any of the other official fansites (http://www.habbo.com/community/fansites) don't already do better? Think about what you're doing here. Your fansite doesn't need to exist, and you seem to immature & impatient to run it well. One of the first sentences of your post suggests you're just in this for fame - "Site Manager (NOT OWNER)"

You seem unprofessional, childish, and impatient. I wouldn't like to work for you.
