Is broken, Okeanos REVENGE REPPED ME and its showing as a + when infact its a neg?

Yeh maybe HotelUser didn't really work on if the user is giving - feedback if they have - rep.

It's impossible to fix as the reputation table doesn't take into account whether it was a +rep or -rep, just the amount of change in the reputation. There's no way to distinguish between a +rep and a -rep with 0 rep power.

It could pull there reputation points into the query and distinguish weather they have less than 0 points

I think it's just a template edit (Or at least it ought to be), you can't perform complex queries like that.

Im sure in the maint bit of Admincp you can perform many query's + you sure its not a plugin?

It's not really relevant anyway. You could just check if the rep points are "greater than" 0 rather than "greater than or equal".
