New trading settings

Room owners can now select between: "Trading not allowed", "Only room owner can trade", "Everyone can trade".

Finally, though I wish it hadn't been set to not allowed by default in trading rooms, caused 5 minutes of confusion in my shop.

Finally! Great option to add, and room owner only will be even better for Habbox Events so people can't accuse others of trading them mid-game :P.

Nice to see this being added to Habbo finally. Also means we can have the HxHD in the help desk category while remaining to be able to trade in the room.

Is it just me that has the only room owner can trade not working?
