Recently I was browsing through some old Ellen DeGeneres clips on YouTube and I came across a segment regarding useless apps that could be downloaded - they weren't just buggy or full of errors, they were simply pointless. Examples included an app that informs you whether it's dark outside (because who needs to look and check these days) and another that acts as a fan... yet doesn't blast any air out of your phone!

So, for this competition I'd like you to either A) find a real example of a completely pointless app, or B) invent your own pointless app - simply post the name and describe what the application actually does.
