my hair is constantly dry and always feels so unhealthy, and i cannot seem to find a good shampoo that makes my hair shine and feel smooth/healthy
i've tried so many but none seem to work
if you have dry (long) hair like mine, can you recommend something that works for you so i can try it??

shampoo less or use ones without sulfates, most shampoos will say if they're sulfate free. health store shampoos are quite expensive but i find they dry my hair out less than a drugstore brand. hair is rly complex, the dryness could be a factor of things such as using conditioners that coat your hair which then blocks moisture from getting in and conditioning your hair. could be the type of brush your using or drying it out too much w/ heat appliances
my hair is rly dry and wavy so i use a shampoo from a health store with no sulfates & dry my hair only with the cool setting, if at all.
you could try argan oil shampoo, i've used it before and it's pretty good at making ur hair nice and soft

i use garnier fructis triple nutrition for dry and damaged hair. cuz i have colour treated hair its damaged and my hair always gets frizzy tis so annoying. since its a relatively cheap brand get the shampoo conditioner and deep conditioner !! smells fab too and hair feels nourished and super soft. i went from using argan oil shampoo to lush shampoo, and while lush is way more expensive, here in canada at least, it's soo worth it. i'm using their shampoo called blousey atm and it's amazing
