Honestly this is where the Illuminati "theory" comes into play. Who controls these Central banks ultimately control the Human Populace itself. It's a hard truth for many to comprehend, let alone think of. Sadly its true, we are much as Cattle, yet we can break these imaginary chains the system has put upon us.
