The winners of HxEE haven't been given their prizes due to the account with your prize on being banned/hacked. I'm not sure if they have been alerted of the delay but I would have assumed Sam would have told the winners about that. We are sorting out the credits for that and then given them to the winners before putting anything in the token shop.

Well they've reimplemented a 2 month deadline to collect prizes so things must be tougher. The lottery helped a lot with funding and that option is no longer available. Despite that, Jin is still pretty loaded lol and Matt's made it clear multiple times that managers just need to ask.

On top of that, it's a two way street. If you win a prize, you shouldn't expect them to remember that they owe you something especially if your name is in a long list of people (comps winners for instance), you need to ask for it sometimes as well.

I don't think there's much of a problem with competition prizes. They send you a PM and you reply stating whether you want your prize or not, it's quite simple. I think the issue is not getting prizes after a big competition has taken place rather than the normal competitions by the comps department.

Well I was using that as an example rather than saying that they're not any good at giving prizes out. Just pointing out that people need to make the effort to go get their prize too. It's a shame really, I would've loved to have the option of those donation rooms where you can just drop it in!

almost every other fansite is funded from bought/scammed/gambled credits and accounts and habbox is lagging behind. not saying that habbox SHOULD spend money on credits just wondering how it plans to keep up

I'm not sure - The last time I gave a @Sulake email address out I was told not to do it again. You can try by all means and see if they reply back to you.

Not since Paul left Sulake - They only use the official twitter accounts which is used to promote their new events etc.

As far as I'm aware departments fund their own departments with help from General Management so we can ask for furni/credits if needed.

I buy coins as does Gina. Most of the credit giveaways are being provided by myself and Gina obviously some DJs have furni/credits to give out in competitions too.

Right as I'm now back from work I can actually read this thread.

Shar; Kyle; Storking; asked me the other day about his prize and I told him that I would try get them out within the next few days. Of course some of my Credits were on my clone account which recently got banned. I'm not sure if I mentioned to Ryan that I'd try get them out by the end of this week (this being a few days ago before other stuff happened).

Management isn't slacking - they can't help if something comes up out of their control unfortunately. I remember saying I would be requesting all the forum prizes first before the Habbo ones would be given out (I believe most/all of the forum ones have been done now, we were just in a predicament with the awards that were made before the achievement system began). However, prizes will be out n a couple of days at the latest.

The HxEE prize is coming out of my pocket, and originally there was 450c to go at when you combined the top 3. However, as I'm nice (lol), and we had a draw I put another 125c into it making it 575c. The extra I asked Matt for until I got more credits - he asked how much I needed, to check I went on my clone and got the ban message!

scottish; I don't buy Credits, I just trade on Habbo (I'd buy them from Habbo directly if we did need them though). I actually think I was banned for trading Credits from Cotillion to Samanfa.

After reading, I realised Matt said the prizes will be given tonight! That's good, I have wanted to give them out, hopefully Habbo will sort my account out. The only problem really is I think I'm a little short on the full credits (575c).
