I've been trying to see what people eat usually? Can you tell me what you eat that is healthy? Need to know some weight lost meals to usually eat.

i don't really eat healthily

i just don't eat a lot

even tho i'm starving most of the time I just can't be bothered to feed myself until i'm on the verge of death

tbh i don't know either, i think obviously you should eat a lot of fruit because all fruits are tasty and super healthy

the food that i eat usually is cereal though, probably not the best for you all the time but i'm fussy

OH!! also smoothies are very healthy too, u should try smoothies if you haven't already

Erm I just pig out all of the time but when I get really peckish and want a snack I go and eat a banana or like one of them summer fruit cereal bars

& I'll sometimes eat just peas on their own which is quite weird and tastes a bit naff but HEALTHY

eat rice cakes with a yoghurt coating, they're lovely and filling and low on all the daily % things!!

I really don't eat healthily at all lmao.

Uh we have banana smoothies a lot (if that's even healthy) and try not to skip meals as I know that's more dangerous than a way to lose weight and doesn't always work. In fact, skipping breakfast made me eat more during the day lol, so yeah don't do that.

It doesn't really matter too much what you eat in weight loss, just be prepared and knowledge yourself on how you'll have to burn it off and what effect it'll do to your body.
You didn't specify what your current diet is like so I can't really recommend anything, but if you're trying to lose weight then look for a good app that'll calculate your daily intake and will tell you how many kj to have, how much you've gone over and there might be ones that tell you how you would work it off.

I've recently decided that I want to stop eating too many carbs and junk food so I've started to replace any junk I would usually snack on with fruit, vegetables, nuts and yoghurt. Don't eat any big meals after 6, if you get hungry stick to fruit etc. Drink plenty of water and stop drinking any fizzy drinks or cut down at least.

I'm kind of a binge eater. Very, very often I go to the shop after work and get like a big bag of Doritos, big bar of Dairy Milk, pot of Ben and Jerrys and a pack of cookies. Trying to stop that though... gets very expensive and make you feel awful...

Surprisingly though, I'm not fat, slightly overweight maybe, but far from fat. I've been doing this with some yo-yo dieting for the past 3 years... need to sort my life out. Thinking about how much money I've spent on crap food makes me want to cry :(.

I don't eat huge amounts, I actually need to eat more to fit in with the amount of exercise I'm doing.

I tend to eat chicken caesar salads a lot, though.

You really need to just watch your portion sizes. Like, don't fill your plate until you can't even see the plate. lol

the 'eat before 6/8' rule is a load of rubbish. just make sure what your eating at that time gets burnt off.

them salt and vinger rice cakes are peng 20 calories per cake which isn't really bad consdiering in a packet of crisps they're like 80-135 calories saying that i'm alittle chubby to be honest

I just eat whatever I feel like as long as I have it or can get it. I'm not one to care about the amount of calories, fat and whatever. And I'm just the average weight, so y'know.

I honestly couldn't tell you the details of any food, such as the calories. It just doesn't bother me.

I'm honestly not healthy at all as I tend to starve myself some days then have something to keep me going until dinner or some days I pig out all day and just eat and eat. Although I've managed to lose almost a stone somehow.. so I've got that going for me.

if u wanna become healthy go to the gym a lot do some walks around the park with friends eat snacks such as fruit in bread, smoothies dnno.
it helped me out a lot but i was never fat just wanted to become slimmer than slim x

don't eat after 6
don't eat fruit after 2
don't eat refined carbs (white bread, white pasta etc)
drink water
drink green tea
eat lots of fruit & veg

dno tbh just google what to eat/ what not to eat coz there's loads more but i cba

if you wanna lose weight you'll need to burn more calories than you consume so you'll need to exercise
