One of UKIP’s council candidates posed naked alongside a middle aged man poised to snort a mystery white powder from the posterior of a young woman — revealing tattoos which appear to be inspired by Hitler’s Nazi Third Reich.
Kevin O’Doherty (pictured right above), who is standing for UKIP in Hastings where the party boasts one councillor, has already hit the headlines, having claimed on Facebook that “there is no such thing as a benign Muslim” and defending the vile racist who suggested that Lenny Henry should emigrate “to a black country”.
Working as a part-time character model, O’Doherty posed for the photograph for a limited edition art book, The Dualism Volume 2 (NSFW). And while the white powder in the suggestive snap is (presumably) not a Class A drug, the tattoos appear in several other images of the UKIP hopeful, compiled below. The inks feature:
A number of World War II-era military aircraft
The version of the German Reichsadler eagle insignia used by Hitler
Two planes diving towards a Jewish Star of David
The star is yellow — the same colour as the badge used during the Holocaust
Pictures of the tattoos

Are you being silly or do you genuinely not understand the difference between dressing up as something for an event as opposed to having racist symbols tattooed on ones body? Whilst those dressing up is definitely distasteful having nazi tattoos is on a completely different level.

If Ukip councillors were doing it you'd be all over it like a bad rash saying it's not acceptable.
In any case, what about the former Nazi standing for Labour? Or the BNP councillors who joined Labour (http://www.theguardian.com/society/2004/jun/14/localgovernment.politics)?
For all the dirt you drag up, I can drag up ten times as much on the other lot.

Lol you're using a year old news story (which you posted about at the time) as an example on a current scandal. "WELL THEY DID IT TOO!!" doesn't cut it.

Ohhhhhhhh you mean like the media do with Ukip and Farage?
Who was the one who posted a months-old story a few weeks ago on Farage, a story that was invented by one of his teachers back at College which must've been like 30+ years ago? Talk about scraping the barrel.
You did. Don't throw stones in glass houses.

I'm pretty sure the media is not a single entity and the different papers favour different groups. You act as if Ukip is the only party ever targeted which simply isn't true. Using the victim card to brush off genuine concerns and criticism so that you don't have to respond to actual valid points. Weak. And you talk about throwing stones in glass houses but it's not like you don't post articles critical of political party members so it's amusing to watch you complain when it's done to your party.

Why is it that instead of dealing with these people, UKIP and their supporters just deflect on others? Making a whole slew of random extra threads crying and playing the victim instead of actually responding to things properly, reminds me of Farage's LBC appearance where he refused to properly answer even one question...

Ukip usually suspend or expel these people immediately.
Our problem is that a) we're getting all the exposure and the others aren't & b) Ukip don't allow ex-BNP/NF people in the party, yet when one slips through the net we're absolutely torn to pieces by the media despite the fact that Labour and the Tories have former BNP people serving as councillors. If BBC had rolling coverage of other parties candidates saying or doing stupid things, then fair enough but they do not.
I'm all for media scrutiny if it is fair. We seem to hear about every nut candidate in Ukip, but never anything on nuts in the LibLabCon.

Expelled immediately like JL Sullivan who wanted to shoot a "poofter" to see if that would make others turn straight back in February and is still in place, or Amjad Bashir who is still the UKIP Small & Medium Business Spokesman despite having employed illegal immigrants in his own company back in June last year
And saying "but others do it too!" still doesn't deal with the problem nor answer any questions
