I sent about 10 emails which GlitterKat has decided to just reply to all of my emails saying this:

**How do I join Habbo Club?**
Joining couldn?t be simpler, once you have logged into Habbo stay on the Hotel
View and click on the Habbo Club logo. A pop up window will appear and if you
have 25 credits in your purse you can click ok and buy.

**How much does Habbo Club cost?**
It only costs 25 Credits a month to be a member of Habbo Club.

**How do I know how many days I have left in my Habbo Club membership?**
Go to Hotel View and look next to the Habbo Club icon - the number of days you
have left is shown there. But don't worry - we might send you a reminder
console/email before it runs out. But just in case, keep an eye out!

**Can I buy my friend Habbo Club membership as a present?**
Sorry, but not at the moment.

**I want to leave Habbo Club, can I get my Credits back?**
Membership is paid on a monthly basis, so we cannot give a refund on days you
don't want.

**Why have I not yet received my HC gift?**
Have you recently extended your membership? Or bought a block all at once? Just
because you have done these things does not mean you will get your gifts
straight away.
Your gifts will come once a month every month. The day you start you get one
gift, then after 31 days another, then after another 31 days another, and so on.
You will need to remember when you first joined and work it out from there. If
you extend your membership 15 days before it runs out, you won't get your new
gift straight away - you'll have to wait for those 15 days to be up first. Don't
expect to get a gift immediately, just because you extend your HC membership.
Habbo Club gifts can arrive at any time during the month, if you kno for certain
your Habbo club gift has not arrived in a full month, please reply to this
email.

the Call for Help so that a Hobba or Moderator can come and take action straight
away. Even if a moderator or Hobba does not come to your room, they can still
catch the scammer with their nifty set of Superman tools.

If you did call for help at the time of the scam and think we may be able to
catch the scammer, please reply. However, if you did not call for help at that
time, we will not be able to help you due to lack of evidence. Sorry! :(

HOW DO I RESET MY HABBO PASSWORD?
------------------------------------------------
If you have forgotten the password to your Habbo account you can quickly and
easily have a new one sent to your e mail address by using the Habbo Help Tool.
Simply go to this link http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact/ and
select ?Habbo Help Tool?. Choose the option ?Habbo? and then put your Habbo name
and e mail address into the Help Tool and click next. From the drop down menu of
potential problems select ?I?ve forgotten my password? and click next. Now
simply follow the on screen Help and put the Date of Birth that you used to
register into the Help Tool. If all the information you gave was correct, a new
password will be sent to your e mail address.
If you have forgotten some of the details required to have a new password sent
to you or are not receiving the e mail containing your new password (in your
inbox or junk mail folders) then please reply to this e mail with details of how
you paid for Habbo Credits. This will allow us to look into the problem for you.

I got all of those as well. They would have been better off not responding to any of them because now it looks like they just avoided emails for months and decided to open their email inbox for the first time today.

I suppose it could be good news because maybe they are now finally getting around to answering them or perhaps they have upgraded their system to send out their pointless templated emails much more rapidly.

Back to silly Auto-replays. The whole ''Help-tool'' was made to help us but it hasn't made any differnence at all which is annoying it's soemthing Habbo needs to work on.

Its funny that they can take your money, just like that.

However, when something goes wrong with your account e.g hacked, they take it easy, in there own stride and reply 4 months down the line :rolleyes:

Yeah, try understanding alot of other Habbos are in your position and the staff are working their hardest to sort things out so their furni is returned. You will get it eventually, and you can enjoy Habbo without having furniture. Geez.
Oh, and grow up with the insults at staff kids.

Yeah I got one of those earlier about losing all my stuff, but that was 4 months ago just like most other people, I suppose it's not all bad cos I have like 5 times as much as I did when I was scammed :rolleyes:

What makes you better than everyone else? And staff deserve the insults because the do a job they provokes them ( a bad one ). Some people play habbohotel for furniture, some play to meet friends, some play to súck up to hobbas. There is no set goal to habbohotel, and people can play as they choose. I do not beleive staff are trying their hardest because replying to an email takes a minute per email, and one second with the automated ones. 4 months per email is totally unacceptable, though i am happy they have decided to do anything at all

The Yours ?????ly is a new format ive adopted for my messages.

A comment you made in the last post: grow up kids, implies that you think you are more mature than everyone else because you are older, and therefore you can bos people about. If this was not the implication intended, i apologise for any offence, and would love to know what the actual implication was.

People can do a bad job and still keep a business going. Habbo now survives purely on newbies who have just joined and think its the best thing scince sliced bread, and people who are addicted and buy HC. Habbo has a total lack of customer service department, and if there is one its operated by one person who has only just learnt how to put the automated reply on and suddenly sent all the replies out after 4 months.

Habbo staff do not reutrn furni, if they send a personal reply (which yes, may take more than one minute if the staff member in question has 2 broken hands, or is actually trying to click "see chat log" or whatever) they send one saying "it was your own fault you got hacked/banned."

I don't think they realise that we all have more than one habbo, i got sent that email about 4 times. Its made it worse now sending out auto replies cause it makes them look really lazy.
