As an Aussie on my BBQ is typically: Chicken breast, snags, roo fillets, porterhouse steak, some veggies (thinly sliced potatoes, capsicum is grouse), T-Bone steaks, some chops (generally lamb), chicken skewers and depending on who I'm having it with prawns.

i really dont like bbq food, but i always lie to myself and pretend that it's such a great idea to have a bbq when i just never enjoy it at all.

Ribs! and steak

Slap on some ribs and then in tin foil put mushrooms and onions with barbeque sauce. Yum Yum!
