Perhaps you should get a personal trainer it's good help. Also keep off the junk food just consider it a challenge. Eat good and healthy food, work out at the gym and try to make yourself feel comfortable in this daily lifestyle. Also go for often walks like every morning or so and drink plenty of water. That is a good life and how to get more healthy.

I have like these phases where I am totally like YES EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE but I never manage to lose weight like that so I give up. I naturally drink a lot of water and I'm always thirsty so that helps me I guess and ever since I finished my exams I try to eat a lot less and I've noticed I'm not as hungry now. Although I've had a binge this week with the eating crap.

it's really quite funny to see how once one person puts something so mundane as drinking water as a reason for their healthiness that so many notice it and decide to follow suit. I wasn't aware that doing the bare minimum to survive was such a miracle stay-healthy-forever solution.

eat well, sleep well, meet people , be open, be honest, and be active to stay healthy in body and mind. mens sana in corpore sano and all that.

Started to opt for water over fizzy drinks recently to decrease bloating and been cycling a lot. Feels good.

I don't do anything deliberate to stay healthy, to be honest. I just do what comes naturally for me to do / what I normally do :P.

Having a balanced diet and going for a 40 minute walk everyday is how I keep fit. Sometimes at weekends I will go for a two hour walk (weather dependant). You'd be surprised how well it works.

I don't really stay healthy, though I don't really drink and I don't smoke. I occasionally exercise.. I have put quite a bit of weight on lately.. I'm 15 stone now.

Mostly cook low fat meals and use things like sweetener instead of sugar, frylight instead of oil to cook etc. Walk everywhere and gym/run. I guess I don't smoke or drink either but that isn't a choice I made to be healthy lmao

I'm trying to kick myself back into healthyness. Opted to jog/sprint (5 mins of jog, 2 mins of sprint, repeat x2/3) every 3/4 days, go for a walk the other days. The short bursts in that jogging/sprinting should kick start my metabolism, but also allow it to function properly for a while.

I have a dumbell and I do that intermittently throughout the day, it's restrengthening my **** wrists. Will start doing crunches when the cardio exercise takes effect on my flabby stomach.

Otherwise I'm trying to introduce more vitamin c into my diet and trying to cut out the sweets (but i love them so).
