Prefect Application

Hey, would you be able to help me think of some good answer for my prefect application? I'm not quite sure what they want me to say.


How will you balance this role with GCSE demands and any other commitments?

This question came up in my interview for senior prefect and I basically said this;

By being well organised and efficient.

But they then pushed me for another answer, but I couldn't think of anything. What they were looking for was teamwork. So yeah, I'd mention time management, being organised/efficient and team work :).
