I was in the Ice Cafe and asked Ariel for a drink. After she gave it to me she said, "I think we could be friends :)". How should I respond to that? Would that be the right time to give her a friend request?

Yes you are able to send a friend request but she won't answer it. She is just typed programed so when you type something, she will give you the thing you want or if she don't understand, she will answer by another sentence.
