Hi,
Well I've done most of the Habbox: Father's day quest.
I guess its okay, I followed this;
http://habboquests.com/articles/559-Habbox:-Fathers-Day
Which made it easy as hell, But hey what can you do. Not sure if this event is meant to be maintained but yeh for the past hour or so theres been a blocker?

Room is owned by Samanfa, So was wondering who else has rights to actually maintain this room!?

Weren't Habbo supposed to ask fansites not to publish guides which give away how to complete the quest etc?

I was going to ask, and had planned to ask not to publish them, but in the end I decided not to!
However, unfortunately me and Chris were unavailable/at work earlier so we couldn't respond to the blockers sooner, sorry about that. It's great mods are coming in and everything, I've altered the room slightly, so I might help with blockers now a lot more. Hopefully everything's sorted, but any more problems just let me or a member of General Management know :D.
For future events as this has happened a couple of times:
- No pets. EVER. Horses can get people over walls and since the pet limit per person was removed they can easily become a nuisance
- Walkthrough on
- Teleport/tile paths should be unblockable. Usually the best fix is to have a threshold that users walk across that teleports them in front of teleport.
- No autokicks (more the last event than this one). Teleport back to start or checkpoints, never out of the room. Keep it populated.
- Test it properly. I had to reload the room because the door was in an odd place and teleported me in the middle of a brick. Some doors got stuck when people walked in them and closed them on themselves. Some areas of the room are too small for vast amounts of people to be doing the event at the same time. Consider all these things.
- Ensure that the room actually advertises habbox. You're being asked to host the event as a fansite, so use it as the PR opportunity it is meant to be used as. Bot spouting habbox URLs or interesting competitions/events are always good. Remind them that it's not just a father's day event but that it's HABBOXs fathers day event.
gj on the event though it was fun and easy :)

I think the event that makes you have to exit all the time, The one where u win a cat & a crown is brilliant, why Habbox haven't done something like that I will never know its got tonnes of people in it

I agree I think that there definitely needs to be more of these types of events! (Shame you got the badge before me though >: () - (I still won the other one before you though ;))
