Right so basically today I got bored and the idea came to my head to test my IQ so I did a online test and found out my IQ is 125... online IQ tests are crap considering you can just cheat at half the stuff..

it's only going to resemble any accuracy (not that IQ tests ever do online) if it's monitored and closed book

and 20 questions is rather short isn't it, usually its in the 100s?

i won't say the test is completely accurate as you all say its online :P haha but ive never done a IQ test before ever lol and am not sure how many question there normally are :P its something to do if you get bored i guess ;)

it is possible to get a high score, the questions aren't extremely hard and can be worked out in under 5 mins unless you're like me n give up easily. all it shows rly is ur ability to see patterns and your math skills so ppl who can do that will do better at it. doesn't show a wide range of skills.

I don't think at any age it's a waste; Mensa will not lie and say you're more intelligent (IQ-wise) than you are just because you're 15. Mensa willingly tests children from the ages of 5+ I think, so they're definitely worth it if you have £25 to spare and live near one of the testing centres
