Everytime I try and log in the page loads to 87% then I get "You have successfully signed out (19)" anyone else got this message/know how to fix it?

I was standing in line for a giveaway for about 45mins and was at the front ready to take my go and then it just signed me out saying "You have successfully signed out" I was not impressed.
