Right, so me and my family are connected to internet via BT. Our internet speeds are ****. We experience downtime (minimum 2 times a day) and its just getting out of hand. We all get really annoyed at the fact BT are a complete waste of time, and when my father does ring up BT, they tell him he could upgrade to BT Infinity. We'd love to upragde to BT Infinity but the telephone lines round here arn't designed for Infinity, only normal broadband. Any ideas?

Find a new provider, look into ones with better customer service and which have better reviews from areas similar to yours.

When you sign up to BT you normally sign a contract I think, we had a similar problem too.
If you go here: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com
It tells you your results, if they are not want you signed up too, send it to them and see what they say.

PM me any reference numbers you have from phone conversations and an explanation of the full problem. I know people who can escalate this Petrusoxide; .

It's my dad who deals with this stuff. Where would I find the reference numbers?
