Michael Jackson Well, well, well. Guess who's come out of the woodwork (see: Bahrain)? It's everybody's favourite acquitted pop star, Michael Jackson.

The Clown Prince Of Pop has kept a pretty low profile since the end of his trial, hanging out on the other side of the world with his main man, Sheik Abdulla Bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

But when tragedy strikes, Michael is there. He's written a song to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina, tentatively titled, "From The Bottom Of My Heart."

Though he hasn't recorded it yet, the song will be produced by Sheik Abdulla Bin Hamad Al Khalifa's label, 2 Seas Records. Take that, Sony!

"It pains me to watch the human suffering taking place in the gulf region of my country," Jacko said in a statement. "I will be reaching out to others within the music industry to join me in helping to bring relief and hope to these resilient people who have lost everything."

The singer hopes the song will be recorded in the next couple of weeks and will be similar in style to the 1985 famine relief benefit single "We Are The World," which he co-wrote and produced.

Jackson has been fairly quiet since being acquitted of child molestation charges in his home state of California in June.
