Hey Habbox Community!
We have an excited room to feature this week for our weekly pick which will be our second contender in the Best Agency Room. This room is owned by none other than Minuslon

This room gives me a good feeling while being inside. The landscape and the configuration of the furniture is very appealing and welcomes me into exploring more of the room. Minuslon definitely deserves to be this week's pick for Best Agency Room because there is an underlying experience each habbo will experience when they walk into this room as I do when I am inside the room.

After visiting this room I created a list of features I liked and also I wrote down things within the room that could use some improvement. I also used some of the feedback that you as viewers on the main thread had said to give Minuslon a better understanding of what some liked and did not like.

The layout of the room. It was very clean and appealing to the eyes Very well planned out with each furniture The detail in the windows make is a very well done room

Things that could be improved:
The room name does not make any sense.

Taking everything into consideration I would rate this room;9.5/10.Minuslon, you did a fantastic job on the room and I cannot wait to see what comes of this! I will be in contact with you on the forum.

it's weird because you've made the room look good from the snapshots but overall I don't really like it that much. I think it's mainly the balcony areas that let it down because the white USVA just doesn't mesh well with other colours in the room.

I really like the courtyard and limo car park area. Not sure if the White USVA blocks go well though. A nice score!!

I like the roof of the building.

i like the cherry blossom trees stacked into the shop plants, the fountain at the top, the way the plant beds are stacked up with the extra foliage and the way you've used the yacht pool
i know usva rugs are cheaper but i think that concrete would look better and i'm not very keen on the usva although there aren't many alternatives that i can think of and i feel like the bouncer could've been placed in a better place like near a door

You don't mention what it's called anywhere in the article yet point it out as a flaw so unless someone is going to go to the effort of visiting it, that doesn't make much sense!

I like the room though :)
