When people rub their hands against balloons so they do that horribly squeaking noise. I'm actually petrified of balloons anyway in case they pop so when people do that it's just etjhhskhtmelnmr :(.

No I work at a kids club at a hotel and I make the kids balloons when they're leaving or if the'yre too scared to go inside I make them a dog or a rabbit or something

I think what gets me the most is the sound of naggy voices. I don't know if I'm describing it correctly, but know in Monsters Inc., the receptionist's voice.. that's the kind of sound I dislike a lot!
