My secruity Lock was on with seriously an I'm seriously depressed cause my older sis bought my 160c for my birthday. and I was given 2 Sacks. I spent my last 4 years collecting my coins. I really don't get why the hacker didn't get my furni just got my coins. ..

You saved up for four years for 200c? Man that makes me feel bad since I blew 200c in about 5 minutes yesterday.

Habbo won't do anything about it. I'm not saying it's your fault as Habbo have had some huge security flaws in their time but it probably is your fault lol.

Anyway don't worry, Habbo is only a game. The coins are nothing more than virtually programmed objects - if you lose it all, you lose it all.

Good luck getting them back! You shouldn't give up hope, maybe they will turn up some time. In 2013 I accidentally let some acc info slip up and I lost thousands of coins. Somehow my rep brought it back, and i'm sure you will get 200c back faster now than the first time :)

A lot of people have been hacked recently but only had some of their stuff taken rather than the whole lot. Good luck with getting them back, a friend got her things back so it's not impossible! :)

You may have a keylogger, I'd recommend running a virus scan on your computer and ensuring its up to date.

It's usually protocol to safety ban someone if they've been hacked, especially if they're staff. It's just in case the hacker might still have access to something so we just need to be sure!

I remember getting hacked, it's not a nice feeling! I had to watch my hacker take my furniture on Christmas Day (fun stuff, got banned on Christmas Eve, so I couldn't even stop it). Hopefully they'll reply quickly to you - it's the safety lock that's the problem usually. If I go log in on my phone, another IP address or whatever it won't block my account, it will only block it when I try going back on my original means of logging in that is usually my laptop. Obviously, by this time the hacker has taken your furniture and you can do nothing about it.

I don't think you'll get your 200c back, but Habbo might surprise you! They've been known to compensate people sometimes.

It is sad to see this happening but only way this can happen is either you gave your info out somehow or have a keylogger as mentioned. I don't think you can get hacked just like that. But like I always say, you can never be safe no matter how safe you are.

Although I hope you get something in return at the end as it is sad.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, all they took from my friend were a couple of Thrones and possibly some Petals too. I couldn't really think why they'd only take those but it makes so much more sense now! Thankfully she got them all back.

I'm kinda happy reading some of the comments on this thread. I got hacked a while ago (and Habbo hasn't responded to the ticket in two months) and I thought I'd lost everything. Then I got permed on another account which I'd got quite a lot on. So I hope only a few things were taken (I cant access the first account because my email got locked by aol).

I feel sorry for you tay and for those who say that its only a game etc. her sister paid for those credits for her birthday. It's like someone paying money ffor nothing. I also have friends that was hacked not too long ago and they got their stuff nicked. sulake staff did give that player all of it back apart from linking teles. they had images to prove it.

It all depends on the members of staff. Some are very nice and would hand it over.

Hi, I got hacked and permed on a few accounts and I got everything back today. I've noticed some of the creds of the hacked account missing, my wired collection and black USVA blocks. I cant remember any other furnis atm but whilst transferring it onto Stirn, I've noticed those significant items missing.
