Builders Club Furni Duplicator

Is it true that habbo is going to release a "Builders Club Furni Duplicator".

You could duplicate a certain amount of the same furni. To be used only for room designing and aren't tradable.

If they did release one no doubt someone would find an exploit and duplicate all kinds of stuff - making it real :P

I don't have confidence in some of these coders that Habbo have :P

It's sounds like he is saying you could purchase the room but the items would not be trade able and your builders club could lapse and the room wouldnt be locked - because you own it.
