Nah, I've always had it up at the top and it's never been like that. I checked to make sure and it doesn't matter where it is.

It's everything, not just safari. Whether it's a web browser, paint, explorer, anything!

if google is right as to what that is then: onedrive, avg for the hidden icons. Then to the right of that is norton and the obvious things lol

Guys, I've managed to fix it with a program called Windows Tweaker or something. No idea how it messed up to begin with!
