Oh...okay. My favourite album is Tragic Kingdom by No Doubt. My favourite bands most popular and most sucessful album. No Doubt found their niche with this album which was a ska/new wave/punk/pop sound and NO ONE sounded like them 10 years ago, and 10 years later, no one has sounded like them since. You could go from songs you could play at a party like Just A Girl, Different People or You Can Do It to angry powerful ballads like Happy Now? Don't Speak and End It On This. They even peaked lyrically with the wonderful Tragic Kingdom. It truly is No Doubt's finest hour in my eyes. I dont know if it's to do with my love for the 90's but I just get a certain "vibe" from this album which I dont get with the other albums. I'll never get sick of it. I still listen to it nearly everyday. Even though it's about Gwen and Tony's relationship I think of the end to another certain relationship...(I know I'm a loser, no need to point it out). It's just a masterpiece and it's gotta be one of the albums of the 90's definitely. Everyone SHOULD listen to it :D

Why is this a poll? There are more than just the albums that you like. There arent only 8 albums, (a lot ive never even heard of). It makes no sence to make a poll out of this. It would be better to make it "Whats your favorite ablum?" because most likely, everyone will like a different album then your favorites.

Youre acting like you arent the one who started this in the first place. Jim put down a no doubt album, and all of a sudden you say:

Er, yeh, you do. You didnt say it any time before I first responded. Point to me where you did.

Okay, learn to spell before you call me an idiot next time. It's offensive* and it's* mate.

Oooooo... Im hurt... I forgot to put in an apostrophe, now I look stupid. Now that the apostrophe is gone, no one will know what Im saying...

That's because our argument stretches beyond this thread dumbas's. Why d'you think i told you to stay out of it? -.-

Why do I think you want me to stay out of it? Because you dont want to lose an arguement... what a stupid question

What? Do you expect me to say something I don't believe is fact or something? And yes, if you like Gwen Stefani, chances are you're stupid.

Obviously, since anyone who doesnt have the same exact taste in music as you, must be mentally ill.

RedStratocas, I can't believe you're a Nirvana fan. You're a disgrace.

Im am a disgrace, as compared to the normal, humble, nirvana fans who always take c'rap from people, and who never stand up for what they believe is right.

Naw, I know who No Doubt are, I used to like them, so why would I say they were R+B. I don't actually fully know what genre she's classed as, nor do I care. Pop and R+B are basically the same nowadays, just if a black person "sings", it's Rap/R+B, and vice versa for white artists. What I do know is that Gwen is a sl'ut in most of her videos.
I don't give a shiny ****e about her side projects? So can you stop going on about them? She's ****. No Doubt will probably make a come back which will be short lived.
Also, please stop trying to patronise me you silly cun't.

P.S. You need a new insult. I know you're Irish and it's hard, but c'mon, eejit isn't really doing much for me when you've used it 5 times in the last 2 days.

So that was the whole point? All you want to do is argue and insult eachother?

So all and all, you need to learn that people have different music tastes than you, and sorry, but you cant change that like you think you can.

Depends on what I'm wanting to listen to.

My top 5 favorite albums

Nirvana - From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah
The Pixies - Doolittle
Counting Crows - August and Everything After
Mudhoney - March to Fuzz
Weezer - Pinkerton

And to put my two cents on the No Doubt argument... they went downhill after "Tragic Kingdom" which I do agree is a great album. Many times have I been caught screaming along to "I'm Just A Girl"... eh, forget that I said that :$ . And as for Gwen... I've always had a soft spot for her as she reminds me of an ex-girlfriend. I wasn't really happy when she got the implants but meh... to each their own I guess. I kind of like her new album as it's catchy as hell and just a fun album.

Don't try to be clever, it really doesn't suit you. I told you not to call me an idiot before you can spell, pretty logical yeah? And that "joke" is old, get a new one.

Why do I think you want me to stay out of it? Because you dont want to lose an arguement... what a stupid question

Dude...how could I "lose" an argument with an arrogant a'sswipe like you who's yet to learn to spell? I was trying to prevent you from looking like an idiot. Nevermind.

Obviously, since anyone who doesnt have the same exact taste in music as you, must be mentally ill.

What? You think that anybody who doesn't have the same music taste as me is mentally ill? I'd like to think so too but unfortunately that's not the case. If you like 50 Cent, I don't care, but when you start a "50 Cent appreciation thread" I'll be there to disagree.

Im am a disgrace, as compared to the normal, humble, nirvana fans who always take c'rap from people, and who never stand up for what they believe is right.

Hold up, didnt we just see that whole [Sarcasm] thing? Oh, yeah we did. How boring. So you're stereotyping Nirvana fans now, or are you some saviour of the kind?
"RedStratocas, he may be a Nirvana fan but he don't take no bullshi't!"

So that was the whole point? All you want to do is argue and insult eachother?

No, we have contradicting views, therefore we are arguing. Can you see that now? Much like we are doing, only you're side is failing miserably.

So all and all, you need to learn that people have different music tastes than you, and sorry, but you cant change that like you think you can.
You made this point before, read my answer.

D'you have to keep replying? I know you'll say "you just want me to shut up so you own meh" but it's getting boring. Your points are flawed and you don't really know what you're talking about. I've had bigger challenges arguing with my baby brother over chocolate...Please?

**** off you ****ing ignorant racist. It's racist ****ers like you who make me dislike England. You think you're ****ing better than us because you controlled us until like 90 years ago. No wonder no one likes you here, you're horrible, horrible racist ****er. I hope you ****ing rot in hell.

That's the ticket! You used another insult other than "eejit". Well done, I'm proud of you :).
Anyway, I was stereotyping the Irish to being slightly slow based on common "legend". Them 'English man, Scottish man and Irish man' are some of the classics in the humour world. I'm guessing you react so violently when you hear those jokes too?

Oh, and I agree TheSoftParade. It's pretty dissapointing seeing her new material after seeing her with No Doubt.

I see not liking someone because they're manufactured as a plausible reason. Gwen Stefani is obviously manufactured, you only have to look at her messed up image, nevermind her repetitive music. I don't think you get the whole manufactured thing anyway.
So what if she's been on the scene for 10 years, doesn't mean she's good or not manufactured. Let's not forget, when she was with No Doubt, she was okay. She's only been solo a few years/a year, I don't know. Let's be theoretical for a minute. If aliens landed on earth, and they said, "Hey Dave, can you show us a typical, manufactured popstar from your planet who creates diabolical music and is generally liked by the less intelligent of humans who haven't experienced "real" music?" you'd give him a Gwen Stefani album.

Take it you mean how*. If that's your opinion, fair enough. Scot Weiland's voice isn't droney, not as good as Axl Rose's but still, better than bloody Gwen's. And you obviously don't appreciate good rock music if you're criticising Slash's guitar playing for VR. They might not be the greatest rock band but there's few players who put out better solo's nowadays.

Albums..?

Joss Stone, Mind, body and soul is okay, although I expected it to be more impressive, yeah she's got a great voice, but there's this big 'hoohah' about her, when her album gets boring aften a few listens.

Aretha Franklin, Greatest Hits, it's great, I mean I only have it on tape, because I had to copy it off an LP record my Dad had, which is a bummer, but it's such a great album, there's alot of 'YOU GO GURL!' songs on it, which I love.

I also like 'The Definitive Ray Charles', I mean there's like 50 tracks on it, and some are a drag, but you come across a song sometimes that's great, I love 'I've got a women', I was so ****ed off that they copied that on a lame Kanye West song.

But yes, they are some of my favourite albums.
