Habbo CLIENT keeps signing me out

I don't know if you guys will know, I might actually have to open up a ticket and let the useless support staff figure it out, but basically;

Tonight, and yesterday afternoon I'd go on the client and then every 15 mins it would sign me out (on the client only, not on the habbo homepage).

This is everything I've done to try and stop it/solve it:

- Cleared my cookies, cache, temp internet files (basically ran ccleaner)
- Tried other browsers
- Tried my other ID
- Uninstalled and reinstalled flash
- Restarted my laptop everytime I've done this anything
- Change my password and checked my emails/furni (nothing is gone etc so it's not someone trying to access my account).
- Scanned my comp for any viruses - nothing
- Doubt it's a keylogger - haven't physically downloaded anything (apart from reinstalling flash) in about 6 months...

Any ideas what might help, what might be causing this before I dare try customer service?

Internet problem maybe? If internet speed drops a lot in a period of time habbo automatically log off when internet speed returns to normal levels.

I was having this the other day, it was constantly just signing me out on the client only. I managed to get on to my main account in the end and then switched to another account on the id and the same thing was happening over and over. I just went into my browser settings and cleared absolutely everything and it seems to have been working fine since

Did you perhaps download a dodgy add on/plug in? Take a look and disable unknown ones and update any that need it.

I'd of said could of been your internet connection, used to happen to me so check that out.


Best way to resolve it would be forget and re-connect to your broadband or find out what your broadband speed is and try get it raised. :P

Nah, wasnt the internet. Got really good internet here basically all to myself.

Never figured out what is was, but I havent downloaded plugins in aggessss. Ended up having to system restore my laptop to get it working.

How extreme am I? :P

Yeah this has been happening to me for like along time and I know its my computer because I have to use the library to play... and I'm so afraid to reset because I'm using a family computer
