Hiya, I received an email saying [APPLE] Informations Changed and then in the email is said "An unauthorized person has gained access to your Apple account", so I click the link and it leads me to a website called prosvasis.com saying on the side: "Attention Needed

Due to recent updates we are asking many of our customers’s to confirm their information this is nothing to worry about. We are making sure we have the correct information on file and that you are the rightful account holder. Failure to comply with this may result in your account being suspended.

Once completed you may resume to use your account as normal and we would like to thank you for confirming your information."

I'm assuming it's not apple? A quick search of the prosvasis website shows up Apple websites but nothing about the actual website? Is it all just a silly scam 'cus it's asking me for my bank details too. Should I just ignore it?

Wait, does it link you to this page? http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1918

Found this from googling some of the words from the message you were sent

A good thing to bear in mind, Apple will never initiate contact with you. The user needs to do something first to get e-mails. The only Apple initiated mail I've ever received was a notification of a class action lawsuit I could have been eligible to participate in. And that contained no links as I recall.

This is along the line of the daily e-mails I get from yahoo support (in its various forms) insisting that I need to verify my info of they'll shut down my account.

Nah, it links to some trosvasis when I click the link. It looked too sketchy for me to trust it anyway, especially with telling me someones been on my account but on the website saying just gotta update myself...
