quite a lot of conditions don't work with teleport effects,so this wouldn't work sadly

a time wired furni set to 10 secs.
do you mean if they remain sitting for 10 seconds?
if so you'll need to use a collision wired set up, a simple solution is:
trigger: sit on furni (linked to chair)
effect: change furni direction - 10 second delay (linked to a furni next to the chair and have the furni move in the direction the chair is)
trigger: collision
effect: teleport (to wherever)
if you are already using collision in the room you may have to set up some conditions on the teleport stack to ensure that only that chair teleports.

Put a freeze tile under the chair, put an exit tile on whereever they are supposed to teleport to and set a (freeze)timer on 10 seconds.

timers don't go to 10 seconds annoyingly, and it'd go off constantly anyway.
the method with the collision doesn't go off constantly, but i can see how it'd teleport others - thought a simple one would be alright. you could create a 10 second delay using a colour wheel (constantly changing every 1 second when someone is sat on the chair), have it when someone sits on it, it'll reset to the start of the clock, then when it reaches the end of it's cycle it'll set off the collision and reset.
