LOL yes. This is exactly what I would do.
I'd be like "OMG HEYYYY :):) CAN WE TAKE A SELFIE?"
I've been approved to volunteer at the Toronto International Film Festival so here's hoping I get some selfies w celebrities soon :')

Why bother replying? In any case, you could have won a meet and greet ticket for all I care, it could be any celebrity that isn't a 2 minute faze (like Big Brother).

then why not answer the question instead of your usual acting superior to everyone?

I am so jealous

I wish I had got a picture of it - the one thing I regret about it xD
Photo and Autograph I guess... supposing I'd have to keep it realistic

I did answer the question, not my fault if you spend more time trying to meet up with 15 year olds than learning to read

it would depend who it is, probably ask for a picture or autograph
tbh i'd rather meet someone from hollyoaks than some hugely famous singer lol

I'd only speak to them if I like their work. Don't see the point in talking to someone if I don't even enjoy what they do.
If I saw, say, Hayley Williams, Emma Watson, etc out on the street I'm hoping I'd have the courage to go up to them and just tell them that I rly enjoy their work and I hope they can keep it up in the future. Wouldn't ask them for pictures or autographs because idk I guess they're real people too and I would get bloody annoyed if I was stopped every few minutes/hours to take selfie after selfie with people.

how is he acting superior? his answer is that he wouldn't say anything to them because he doesn't know them
my answer is the same, pretty sure famous people are sick of ppl asking for pictures all the time because they want to have a life too

I wouldn't say anything to them unless it was a celebrity whose work I was a genuine fan of. I don't get why people obsess over celebrities just because they are famous (obviously I know it's because people are attracted to status). Sure, if I saw Kanye West or Kendrick Lamar walking down the street I would comment how much I enjoy their music, but I wouldn't approach some famous person just because they are famous. Like in this video here, where people start hounding the 'celebrity' because everyone else is, even though it's some nobody playing a prank...

assuming it's scarlett johansson, i'd probably (/hopefully) go over to her and tell her how much i love her work in movies
i'd also really want a picture with her
but knowing me i'd just see her from a distance and cry

if i purposely went to a signing event then yes obv gonna have to speak to her... if i saw her out with her daughter etc i would never think to go over actually cos it's just rude
celebs want pictures with other celebs too so i'm pretty sure they'd understand if you'd want a selfie
anyone who says they wouldn't say anything or go up to someone they idolise is lying!! unless they're 2 scared

I've met The Wanted about 10 times, Olly Murs once, Lawson once
and I was just myself with them, had a laugh and a chat

I'd probably talk to them like human beings, not gush over their films or music or w/e. I'd probably ask for a photo too! The most famous people I've ever met I guess are Len Goodman (strictly - but before he was famous) - and Sam & the Womp but they were boring as £*(&%*£^)(

I wouldnt wanna seem annoying though :'( I'd like to think I'd go up to them and try and make conversation but rly I have a feeling I'd just stand and stare from a distance, making them feel really uncomfortable!! :(

I've seen Gary Linekar at the airport and I think he's excellent but I left him to it because he was with his gf (they got engaged that holiday I'm totes a part of it) and it just seemed rude to impose

I'm not sure, I met Emma Watson last year as she was coming out of a building, but instead of going up asking for pictures, autographs etc. we just smiled at her, rather shocked that we'd seen a celebrity and she smiled back when we said her name. It was the first of a few celebrities that time lol.

I saw 50 Cent parked at a red light in his Rolls-Royce once. He was shouting obscenities out the window to some girls who were crossing the street. Lovely :')
