This is an actual disorder that people suffer from. I know somebody that used to feel like this, it was pretty scary to see how they were reacting.

No don't it's evil I used to try sneaking up on my family to catch them rehearsing their lines and I'd randomly stop and wave at inanimate objects that looked like they could be housing a camera in an attempt to make them give up

Whilst a good film I am not that self-centred to believe the entire universe essentially revolves around my life :P I find it a very egotistical (not necessarily invalid) view to take and i'd rather not adopt it.
