Habbo and Facebook achievements

I really don't understand this.
I've seen people with 68000+ achievement scores, they've obviously been using the Facebook achievement thingymajig...
How do I use it? I have people on there that have an account especially for these achievements, you add them and click on their posts to gain achievement score.
But it doesn't work for me. What am I doing wrong? Can somebody explain how it works in detail?
