View Full Version : What would you do if a company thinks you owe them money?

So this is a tricky one.
I'm in a stickie situation with a well known company that says i owe them double or tripple the amount i paid them for.
I added the money up and it still doesn't add up. :S
Sorry about this but i don't really want to give out too much detail into this.

If they still don't give you a reason for this then what can i do to resolve the issue?
I am still learning the professional lingo and skills.

If they won't disclose information about your account/whatever speak to someone higher up and then keep going higher, eventually they should tell you something

If they continue call trading standards (uk) for unethical practise, I think they deal with that?

Attempt to contact, if they ignore then just send any letters or w/e back with 'I DEMAND NO MORE LETTERS SENT TO THIS ADDRESS'
