I wish there were more international people, especially as staff! But because it started off as a UK based fansite, the majority of our members are, and although we are trying to encourage non-GMT users to join (like promoting a dedicated international Radio manager), we've got to build up a small base of very dedicated, very friendly, very go-getting people to, well, get more people! :D
