What's the best/most interesting documentary you've ever seen?
Something you'd recommend everyone should watch at least once?

Yeah I seen The Bridge as well
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bridge_(2006_documentary_film) for more info on it
Steel interviewed relatives and friends of the suicide victims, not informing them that he had footage of their loved ones' deaths. He claimed that, "All the family members now, at this point, have seen the film, [and are] glad that they had participated in it." He filmed 120 hours of interviews.
During filming, on average, one person jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge every 15 days
The first jumper caught with the telephoto lens was not behaving as filmmakers expected - crying and weeping - but, rather, was jogging; talking on his cellphone; laughing, and then suddenly put his things away and leaped to his death.
The film shows many jumpers, and also, many people being saved from jumping. In one case a woman traversed the upper railing to the lower railing only to be pulled by her collar back to safety by a photographer. Filmmakers tried in each case to intercede when they could, succeeding in preventing six jumps. But in most cases there was either no warning, or no time to prevent the jump

The lost boys of sudan was good, funny seeing the culture differences. There is some hilarious scenes eg. where santino fails his driving test, drives unlicensed and without insurance, crashes and gets loads of tickets. Couldn't find a clip but this is similar, might have to give this one a watch.

The act of killing is an interesting documentary, caught it a while back on Sky on demand. It's about the Indonesian killings of 1965–66, when lots of Communists, chinese etc where killed and with a lot of victims not wanting to or unable to talk, focuses on some of the actual murderers as they reenact their crimes and looks at corruption and a country not wanting to talk about its past. A sequel is being released next year titled The Look of Silence.
A favourite of mine is Ônibus 174 Aka Bus 174. It's based on a hostage situation that happened for four hours on a bus in Brazil, which was also filmed live on TV. The documentary mixes the footage of the situation with interviews, looking at the divide between the poor and rich in Brazil, corruption etc, exploring why the guy ended up taking the hostages. The director went onto to direct Elite Squad and the robocop remake. Última Parada 174 Aka Last Stop 174 is a film version of the events although I've not seen this yet.
Death In Gaza is a great documentary, which sadly ends with the death of the director (off screen). The film focuses on the children in the conflict, how their life is changed and their involvement in the conflict. I'd also recommend Man On Wire, which focuses on Philippe Petit and his illegal 1974 high wire walk between the twin towers
