You think BT... Are good?

Their customer service is **** and they can't explain why our internet cuts off atleast 2 times a day. Annoying as **** and I want to change providers to Sky :/

Sky aren't much different and in some cases are far worse. BT at least maintain the lines so they can find the issue while Sky have to rely on BT or another provider to find the fault. The only problem I can think of with BT is that they have limits to what you can browse as they really do not like illegal download sites. Since I changed to BT my speeds have improved as well as the connection, because they felt compelled to improve the service here since Orange/EE were so lousy at it.

EDIT:
Also, anyone on O2 Broadband should now be a Sky Broadband holder, if I recall correctly :)
