yes...
if someone is willing to give up THEIR organs, then anyone should be liable for them. it's their choice and they're giving it to help save a life regardless of someone's own organ donation status.
if my organs were being given to someone, i wouldn't want to be picking and choosing who can and can't have it, its to save a life pure and simple. if ur other half or family member weren't going to donate their organs and were then denied having new ones, would u not find that unfair?

Yes, it isn't a pick or choose system.
Although if people were to set up such a system I wouldn't have a problem.
I've just been doing a lot of thinking, I watched that program last night where they were cutting out dead peoples eyeballs and bones and ankle ligaments for donations and even skin which made me tick everything on the donor thing. Before I had everything except those and heart. I was thinking that eventually supplies are going to run out which is really sad and less than 8% of tissue they get comes from young people.
yeah I guess
although that is pretty ******* selfish
I kinda think if you receive a donation you should give back when you die too so somebody else can benefit. Your organs and everything will just decompose so if they can be used to help a dying baby, child or adult then why not. Of course everyone has the choice but its just a bit weird to think how many people would be happy to receive an organ etc but wouldn't give themselves.
