They have probably a saw a rise of ban appeals in regards of this. There's been a number of threads on here about people getting banned as they have said they are under the age of 13 etc.

Haha, thats what it seems they're aiming for to be honest, they're pushing the limits of the people who go on Habbo Hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if they make another huge update for Habbo.

i do actually recall back in 2006-2007 when people who got underage banned when they changed the date of birth limit (before you could put in anything) and staff REQUESTED PASSPORT SCANS. LOL.


Also, youre a straight up BOBBA for reporting people who joke abt this stuff for your own entertainment.

I'm gonna flat out side with Sulake here on a rare occasion. I have known many people getting banned for joking and saying they're under 13 lately and I am not surprised they've put this message up after the amount of unban appeals they've probably received. It shouldn't be such a shock, they're trying to become more ethical after the c4 news incident so this surprises me very little.

In the UK you can get citizen cards
you can use a birth certificate
some countries have ''age cards''
driving licence if you drive a motorcycle or a car in some countries [not uk]

I'm not surprised because honestly is seems that people get banned for this yet it's dealt with a lot quicker than those who have actually been banned as a mistake. It was said by Redtiz years ago that those who ban you only get a snippet of chat so if you say you're 10 and then say joke a little after it then it won't work. No wonder they started asking for certain parts of a chat log where someone breaks the rules.

I wouldn't go in about how older people could still be playing on this forum, majority of us are in our 20s.

Habbo needs to stop warning us about doing bad things, For example, When retros became a thing, rather than being quiet, they go on and have a huge deal going on about retros and why they are dangerous, when they were trying to stop people from using them, they really only informed people who didn't know about them.
