I literally just started mine today! I tried earlier this week but the temptation of junk food was too much. Right so I've just signed up to a 10k race in December and I'm determined to get fit for it now which means I'm only going to eat a junk food meal once a week, caffeine once a day (so 1 bottle of fizzy drink or 1 cup of tea etc), chocolate/sweets only 1 on a Friday.
Exercise-wise I'm going to be running twice a week and cycling once, hopefully, aiming for Tues, Fri, Sunday! Gonna get my app back to track it then I'm more likely to keep it up!

10 mile bike ride, 4 mile run, 300-350 reps total on various resistence machines - that is the most common routine. Just do an outdoor run a few times a week though.

At the moment I cycle 30 miles regularly to and from work and for leisure, planking and push ups every now and again because I'm lazy, and hopefully soon I'll be starting boot camp.

lawrawrrr; Good luck! Particularly with the caffeine. Giving it up will be pretty painful for the first few weeks but it'll get easier! I can suggest buying herbal tea whenever ur craving instead. Tasty and no caffeine x

Thank you!! I gave up all bad things 3 months ago, stayed off caffeine for a month (yorkshire decaff tea is amazing), sugar for 3 weeks and junk food for 6 weeks! Alcohol lasted 2. oops! But yeah, I felt so good after :)

My health schedule is something like this...
5:30 AM - Wake up, before doing anything. I drink 8 OZ glass of Lemon water, loaded with chia seeds then ... use the gym at my living complex.
- 30-45 minute on treadmill, and 15-20 minutes on various weight/strength training.
7:00 AM - Breakfast, I eat strictly organic/GMO free foods (Buy from places like Whole Foods/Trader Joes).
- I try to stay away from sugar in general, but specifically in the mornings, try eating foods that are high in whole grains. Replace sugary stuff with food that is going to break down in your body throughout your morning to sustain energy! You'll also feel great throughout the day by doing this!
10:00 AM - Lil snack time :) --- fruits or some dried veggies.
12:00 PM - LUNCH, best part of the day. I usually eat some sort of wrap, stuffed with rice/beans. Some steroid free chicken, or turkey meat, but never red meat. Maybe some pumpkin or kale flavored chips!
3:00 PM - Lil snack time, part 2 :) ---- This is where I need a pick me up for the day, so I usually find some foods that give me a lot of clean, sustainable energies, like a lot of b12 vitamins, bananas do the trick for me. Sometimes I'll get a raspberry smoothie from a juice bar down the street from my office, that gives me a shot of wheat grass lol WHICH IS REALLY GOOD NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS, DON'T MAKE FUN.
5:00 - 6:00 PM - Dinner time. This is where I go in. I love love love seafood. Baked Salmon, shrimp, anything light that carries a low amount of sodium.
- Never fry anything, unless you replace vegetable oil with olive oil.
- Never add salt or sugar to flavor your foods, you should check out my friend's seasonings, called FlavorGod.
I add that to everything because its amazing, low sodium, gluten free, and totally paleo :)
- Stay away from High fructose corn syrup, this stuff will ruin you as a person.
- Eat tons of fruit, helps you stay hydrated.
- Eliminate soda, also eliminate caffeine, in 2 weeks you will feel like a different person.
- Drink nothing but water, or natural juices, or flavored water. Mint water<3
Overall just look at your life and only do things that will benefit your health. If it doesn't, then don't do it.
I never diet. Go gym 1 once a week, once every two weeks if I'm being lazy (most of the time).
I currently do a gym challenge on Friday after work, 3k bike, 2k row, 1k run fast as you can

I have literally no exercise at the moment apart from dancing on nights out.
Literally so unhealthy since left school and gone to uni, sometimes climbing a few flights of stairs leaves me breathless.
I've got so lazy lately!! I used to run 3 miles every night but I haven't in months.
atm I go to the gym about 5 times a week, doing 20 mins on treadmill at 9ish, weights and lots of core exercises, then back on treadmill for 10 mins and bike and rowing machine if I cba.

I literally don't do any exercise. I know it's really bad for me, but I just don't have the motivation to do it. I wouldn't mind taking up swimming again though.

Every time I eat a meal I can walk a mile or two at least for digestion and stuff. I always feel good when I do small exercise :)

bobba off with exercise :l
I walk a couple of miles a day to and from school, and that helps me maintain being some skinny bobba except for moobs and an anti6pack

That would be hideous. I just use as little salt as possible!
I've started going to the gym again. I spend about an hour or more a few times a week. Main focus is on lbt. Also trying to eat better so no junk food or fast food at all.
