Probably atleast 6 years, since that's how long it takes them to fix any other glitches in the game.

Yeah it's fixed now. If you still can't get on then clear your cache :)

I think from last time this happened it was Habbo can't connect to your ISP to relay the connection mainly after maintenance. Not too sure though!

This happends to me on a daily bases. I have to restart my comp for it to get passed the 87% stage. ;/
