Habbox is a partnered Fansite run by Izzyuhh and OldLoveSong (Radio Managers) Since when did radio managers run Habbox? ;) the person behind the whole of habbox is Matt Garner aka xxMATTGxx for the Help Desk on Habbo not only does this sentence make almost no sense at all, what about Sierk and Jin? Yeah I didn't know who was who while promotion is obviously good does help if its correct.

The false information and poor setup suggests that the page is set up by a minor member of staff who can willingly leave or be fired at any time (more likely with lower positions), this could and possibly will end badly.
