Is PlusNet any good?

Looking at leaving BT as the prices are too high and going even higher. PlusNet do a fibre on its own (we'll probably get our line with the post office) and just wondering if they are any good. They seem pretty cheap and have won awards but then cheap sometimes means bad

Ive had then for 2 years and literally NEVER had a problem :)

My parents have gone for exactly this, they've had zero problems. The first two weeks was a bit iffy but that's to be expected with new installations. They're very good compared to what they've dealt with before (Sky)

They got it start of September.
