It's probably just a new update.. They're adding so much recently without telling people, ghost robes for example.

It looks like a Zamorak Prayer Book update, just that as it's in a non members world it looks/gets holded different?

Good idea.. I'll try that now. Edit - It looks exactly the same.. Though it was worth going to see a level 30 screaming 'I HATE YOU' for not giving him free stuff.

It's probably one of them random books from a quest, like digsite or something or he picked it up somewhere, might of got from the wise old man :p
