When or if your at School. I don't wanna get them done or whatever but they are so not "poxy" as such but preppy and u just wanna pull their tie or set them up for semi-fall. Not as I approve of it persnaly, but they need to know the pecking order and older kids rule etc ... after all we all went through it and it makes us ALL better people too (for e jus being put in our place - just ONCE and only once) hey? :Content:

In Australia the first year of High School was Year 8 and Year 7 was the last year of Primary School. However next year they're finally changing that and making Year 6 the last year of Primary school (like England). So I know the current people at my school aren't looking forward to the switchover and the new Year 7s but I'm leaving this year so won't have to deal with them :D Therefore I have no real opinion on them!

Yeah, all throughout school I was just like "damn I wish I could pull on that persons tie". That will show them!!

In all seriousness, you just sound like a bit of an arse.

Each year they get more and more confident and rude. I like some of them, they mainly annoy me.

Highly true mate ... or rather replace the "d/e" on rude with "ule"

Year 7's think they're big dogs because they've come up from primary school, they're like little mongrels.

They only get worse with age too, getting cockier and cockier until the hit year 11 and suddenly they grow up.

Not sure if troll or general arschloch.
If serious, I wouldn't be surprised if you were bullied on a regular basis, and if that's the case you certainly deserve it. Being an ass does not make you cool, it makes you an ass.

OT: I've been out of school for a while now, though younger children were certainly better behaved then in comparison to what they are now. We just left them to worry themselves, it was much more intimidating for them to be completely ignored asif non-existent than to go out of your way to bully them.

I don't have a problem with them personally because to me they just look like little kids who are still in the primary school phase so I never really paid attention to them. But I swear, you always get that one cocky little **** that thinks he is hilarious and also, is it me or do Y7s get smaller each year?

literally when I remember from when I was in year 9 to year 11 they were getting smaller and smaller and then by the time I finished college there was just a bunch of dwarves with tucked in shirts and backpacks

It was shocking seeing how different the Year 7's were in comparison to us when we were that age. We always acted with respect toward the upper years, especially Sixth Formers (as they made the choice to be there), but by the time I'd gotten into Year 13, they literally didn't care (most of the lower years didn't, but the 7's were literal *****!).

On one occasion we we're walking to our Media lesson when a Year 7 grabbed my arm as I walked into the building and just screamed in my face. I went into hysterical fits of laughter and spoke with tears in my eyes when I told my teacher what happened. She didn't take it as well as I did and went all Medusa on their ass', eventually dragging the kid into our classroom and forcing him to apologise. We joked about it afterwards though. But yeah, they were just terrible.

This is similar for me too mate - at least when I was in year 7 and older Years we had a bit of respect for other years - but now this just seems sadly the way things are |-) :S

At my school in London we get very rude year 7's. I can't tell if that's what it is all around the country but here they get very rude for no reason. For example I asked my asian friend if this small asian year 7 was his brother and my friend said nope, So being the strange person I am I decided to ask the year 7 what his second name was and he said "No go *REMOVED* yourself"

Also I have discovered a pattern, as the new year 7's come in they get fatter and smaller.
