I have messaged the DJ that put that and told it was Shonly as he didn't know it was changed to Shonly.

Well can the DJ says be more creative rather then what everyone knows? e.g Shonly for Help Desk?

DJs normally decide what they want to put on the DJ says as long as it promotes the help desk or the event if there is an event going on. We do our best to check that.

I've noticed this and I've actually messaged a couple on skype if they haven't been putting the correct info etc.
With it being just 'Shonly for Help Desk' it's pushed for them to add something like 'Your tuned into DJ ___, Search Shonly for the Habbox Help Desk' or 'Get in those requests and shoutouts!'

in my honest opinion, i don't get why the dj says is even there. if they want to give out a message, surely they'd say it... as they're on air afterall.

Unless the dj is streaming (not talking). DJ says normally helps a bit as well for promoting the site & anything else that you put on there. Though I am not sure if all listeners reads the DJ Says .

I read the DJ says, just like usually the same sort of thing. :P Coming to the part of the new HxHD owner, it'd take more than a few days for people to get into the habit of saying Shonly instead, loads of things still need to be edited (Like graphics, pages etc) probably take a week or two for it to all be sorted ;)

i know what streaming is lol. & surely if someones streaming then they can dj as they're on air anyway. So tbh get rid of the dj says and ban streaming. done.

The DJ Says is for things such as a current event or a giveaway that might be going, with the use of the Habbo's names the listeners can search to get to the room. In all honesty I do have 1 option I'm thinking would benefit the DJs instead of having the DJ says!

Streaming is better than having the Radio offline. The reason why they are streaming is either they have company at their house, someone who can't get a dj to go on so a dj tells they will stream at least or a few reasons. Also they know that streaming only counts for half a slot (0.5) instead of a full slot.
Tbh the DJ Says is not harming anyone. It's just they are not use to see that the help desk has a new owner. They will get use to it as it was mentioned to them. x
The DJ Says helps if you've tuned in and the DJ has just finished talking. You can read the message without having to wait for the DJ to talk again and know if there's an event on or what room to go to. DJ's just need to be made aware of the change and all that takes is a simple thread in the HxL forum letting them know :P
