Why is there 5 motm when there's 7 sections

People were only nominated for 6 of the sections and the same person was nominated for two of the sections and they can only win once so yeahh. It's not uncommon for some sections not to have a winner.

That's debatable depending on who you ask. Both moderators for that section chose that one person so he obviously stood out compared to others ;)

If there is nobody that stands out for a particular section then there is no point giving out the prize for the sake of it.
