The website is not copyrighted by them, even if it is it still won't be because it is already copyrighted by Habbo LTD, Sulake and so on. The only parts you own are some parts of the layout, you do not own:

http://hablive.co.uk/images/upload_01.gif

It has Habbos in it and it is a Habbo room which is copyrighted.

You are also missing the Disclaimer which sites should use to show that they do not own anything that is Habbo Related. The Disclaimer is:

Habbo®, Habbo Hotel®, Sulake and associated logos are trademarks of Sulake Group.
All rights reserved. Copyright, trademarks and other rights in the material from Habbo Hotel® and other services of Sulake Group on this website are owned by Sulake Group. All rights reserved.
This website is neither owned nor operated by Sulake Group and it is not part of Habbo Hotel® or any other service or website owned or operated by Sulake Group. Sulake Group are not responsible for any content on this website and the views and opinions expressed herein are not necessarily the views and opinions of Sulake Group.
And you should also read the fansite way, but I shall point out the most important part:

PLEASE NOTE: Any images from Habbo that you use or alter, belong to Sulake Ltd and are protected by copyright. This means that Habbo has the right to deny you permission to use them or our brand name and can have any Habbo fansite taken down at any time.

GommeInc - In thier disclaimer it states "All graphics and content are copyrighted to their respective owners" - I Think they are trying to say is - All the habbo images are copyright to the respected owner (Which is habbo/Sulake).

That is when I go on to this bit:

This website is copyrighted to Sam Bates and Nick Coates.
It strongly hints that they are the "respective owners". Unless they have copyrighted thin air because I think a site is only made up of Content and Graphics "/
