My uncle bought a Drone with a go pro on it. You can control it from any iPhone or Android and it records video or takes photos.

it has 30minutes flight time. And you can program it via GPS so in case you lose signal with the drone, it will fly back automatically and land safely to where you set "home" as. Also if you're about to run out of battery it will cut off communication to the controller and fly back automatically. I took it out for 40 minutes the other day, and lost connection. I waited for twenty something minutes for the drone, thinking it had crashed or something, then i saw this little dot in the sky and it landed in front of me. Was extremely relieved when it landed safely as it was not mine. Oh, and did i mention the price tag of £1000.
